Great room and facilities. Staff were prompt to resolve any issues. Private beach and pools made this an enjoyable experience. Breakfast selection was excellent, but be mindful that you have to walk to the main hotel which is a 5 min walk away from the residences, and that there's a seperate reception for the residences, not the main hotel. Overall had a great stay and would like to thank the Residences and Coral Restaurant staff.

incredibly peaceful and luxurious place. wide choice of restaurants and entertainment. large beach. cleanliness, amenities and luxury. huge apartment, which had a breathtaking view. the boy who cleaned the room several times a day was incredible Alhal 310 room. very good service and responsive to everything. the food in the hotel is impeccable from the Beirut restaurant to the Greek restaurant Mykonos and the buffet in the main restaurant. La Mar restaurant with the beach bar is one of the best in the city and the view from the La Mar pool is stunning. I highly recommend it.

A big shout out to Kenny aggrey and Tim for the wonderful service they provided us they are always smiling and making sure everything is safe for me and my family I really appreciate them for the hard work at anytime of day day and night they keep it professional and have wonderful smiles on there faces also a big shoutout to the housekeeping team after a long day at work their is nothing better then a ready made bed for you?? thank you guys from the Zain family

Overall, this hotel is 5 stars worthy. Just a shout out to a few names who made my stay extra special. A big thank you to: Titiz (Concierge) - was very helpful and informative at reception. He was very professional when helping me plan my itinerary in Qatar. Hiba (Waitress at Coral) - Always had a bright smile on her face which brightened up my day. She welcomed every person that entered the restaurant, sat them down making sure they were comfortable. Jane (waitress at Coral) - Always asked whether I was ok and if I needed anything. May (Housekeeping) - Cleaned my room everyday ensuring that it was spotless which she did an amazing job in. MD/Jakaria (Waiters at Belgium Cafe) - Provided excellent service and made my stay very enjoyable whilst I watched football. Fayez

The Breakfast is very good. Evening Buffets are noisy with lots of kids running about and screaming. Ok for an All Inclusive but not when you are paying a lot of money for it. Also service lacked at evening buffets. We stayed in an apartment in the residences, the apartment needs some maintenance. Pool was nice and lots of towels available. Beach areas are nice too. Alcohol is very expensive. We were in an apartment which was very close to an ‘inflatable run park for children’ so every day you have the noise/music from there. The room maids were friendly and good. In the apartments there are no cleaning supplies or basic salt, pepper, sugar etc. you can easily walk to the metro station which is good. Otherwise it’s not near to anything so better choice if you want to just enjoy the resort. Overall a nice holiday but outside and inside needs some maintenance.

We stayed at IHG Residences for 5 days, and there is nothing to complain about! The apartment was freshly decorated and stylish and consisted of a balcony, a bedroom, a toilet, a separate toilet/shower room, a living room, and a very well-equipped kitchen. The quality of the bedding and towels was top-notch. The cleanliness of the apartment and the entire building was exceptional! We also had access to all the facilities at the nearby InterContinental Hotel, plus exclusive access to the pool and beach at the residences. This gave us the flexibility to choose our preferred spot each day. The metro station is within a walking distance. I would gladly return during my next visit to Qatar!

Have been living at the Intercontinental Doha Residences now for close to 6 years so I am prime to leave a review. It's been an amazing place to live thus for. The residences which have both Villas and Apartments with clean, modern rooms boasts it own residence pool and private beach separate from the hotel. From the staff who work the Front Desk, to Housekeeping and Guest Service they all have been amazing. The Intercontinental hotel which is just beside the residences can be accessed by card key. The Hotel itself has different type of restaurants, top tier Bay Club which the residents have free access, Tennis courts, Squash etc. I would 100% recommend this residence for both singles, couples or to anyone with kids.

Stayed 6 nights at Intercontinental Doha Spa and Beach Hotel in West Bay. Excellent place to relax with family. Temperature controlled pools. Wide pools and Beach front Hotel. Excellent variety at buffet breakfast. Special shout out to Maqsood, Narendhar, Ashok and Chef Ombeer. They made our stay extra special and arranged on order parathas each morning.
